About Us
Noahs BArk Animal Foundation is a Mississippi-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned, neglected, and abused animals across our region. Every day, our team works on the front lines of the animal welfare crisis—providing food, medical care, shelter, and second chances to animals who would otherwise be forgotten.
What began as a small rescue effort has quickly grown into a vital support system for communities and shelters throughout the state. Today, we feed 150+ dogs and dozens of cats daily, operate a growing rescue and sanctuary network, and partner with local shelters, veterinarians, and rescue organizations to reduce overcrowding and prevent unnecessary euthanasia.
Beyond rescue, we are committed to strengthening communities. We help families keep their pets by providing food assistance, building kennels for those in need, and offering education on responsible pet ownership. We also trap, treat, and manage stray and feral animal populations to improve public safety and animal welfare across Mississippi.
Our work is driven by compassion, urgency, and responsibility. We receive calls for help from across the state every day, and while we cannot save them all, we are determined to save as many as possible.
